SHIPPING POLICY

When should I expect my order to be shipped?
We generally make items to order and aim to create and dispatch your jewellery within 2-5 working days.
If you require your item quicker than this, please contact us prior to submitting your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery times then will depend on the shipping option selected at check out.

Delivery cost

Within the UK
We offer free delivery on all UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
You can purchase expedited options, such as Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Delivery at an additional cost on checkout. Please note, we still require 1-5 working days to prepare your order prior to shipping unless otherwise arranged prior to your purchase.
Europe
Delivery options to Europe start from £9.95. Expedited options are available and you will be able to see these on checkout.
United States
Delivery options to the United States start from £9.95. Expedited options are available and you will be able to see these on checkout.

Rest of World
Delivery options starting from £9.95. Expedited options are available and you will be able to see these on checkout.
Customs and import taxes
For international orders, you may be required to pay customs charges once your parcel arrives at its country of destination.
Please note, payment of import duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the goods within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund. The item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging. Please inform me of your intention to return goods in writing by email at mamiecocoatelier@gmail.com or through the contact us form.
Any goods which have been specially commissioned, customised or personalised to order cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, please note we cannot offer refunds for earrings unless there is a fault.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned using a delivery service which ensures the item is tracked and insured during transit.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 7 days of receiving the item.
Faulty Items
All items are made with care and attention to detail. However, in the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a refund, exchange or replacement. Return postage costs incurred will be reimbursed if the item was faulty.
