Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Each Mamie Coco piece is carefully handcrafted in small quantities. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and sizing details before purchasing.

If you have any questions about a piece, we are always happy to help before you order.

Our goal is that every Mamie Coco jewel feels like a piece chosen with intention and meant to be treasured for years to come.
However, if something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • include proof of purchase

Because some pieces are created especially for you, engraved or personalised jewellery cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If you would like to arrange a return, simply email us at info@mamiecoco.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Returning Your Item

Please send your return using a tracked and insured shipping service with signature confirmation to:

Inside the parcel, please include:

  • your order email or proof of purchase

  • your name and contact details

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the returned item remains the responsibility of the sender until it is safely received and signed for at our atelier.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our atelier, we will carefully inspect the piece and notify you by email.

If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
